PRIVATE LESSONS
We offer private lessons for piano, guitar, voice, violin, drums, ukulele, mandolin and bass/electric guitar. With at least two free recitals throughout the year and extra performance opportunities in the Hillsdale and surrounding community, we believe in the importance of live performance as part of one’s musical education. Reading music, ear-training, theory, composition and improvisation are also an integral part of the curriculum.

Students are taught to focus and be diligent while remembering to have fun along the way. Our instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging with their students, using traditional and creative teaching techniques while incorporating a musical genre or style that inspires the student.
Our teachers are all classically trained, performing musicians with varying degrees in music performance and theory.

Lessons are conducted in one of our six specially designed, quiet music rooms, each equipped with a professional piano, speaker system for listening and educational accessories.

Lesson times are scheduled from noon to 8PM Monday through Saturday and based on availability of the student and teacher. We

Piano
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced piano lessons for children (ages 5 and up) and adults. Students are taught proper playing techniques, music reading, ear training, music theory and practice routines. Our teachers use various traditional and creative methods to ignite the students with a passion for learning. Each curriculum is designed specifically for the student, including the musical style/genre that inspires them most.
Guitar (acoustic/electric)
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced acoustic/electric guitar lessons for children (ages 5 and up) and adults. Students are taught fret technique, strumming and finger-pick patterns, music reading, tablature, rhythm, ear training, music theory and practice techniques. Our teachers use various traditional and creative methods to ignite the students with a passion for learning. Each curriculum is designed specifically for the student, including the musical style/genre that inspires them most.
Voice
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced voice lessons for children (ages 5 and up) and adults. Students are taught vocal technique, sight singing, vocal exercises, music reading, ear training, music theory, harmony and practice techniques. Our teachers also act as vocal coaches for the more experienced singers who need weekly training. But even for beginners, we will teach you how to properly use your voice without injury, breathing techniques, tone, and proper care for your voice, which is one of the finest instruments of all!
Violin
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced violin lessons for children (ages 4 and up) and adults. Students are taught classical technique through various methods best suited for the student, music reading, ear training, music theory, posture, and practice techniques. Our teachers will use various traditional, suzuki, and creative methods to ignite the students with a passion for learning. Each curriculum is designed specifically for the student, including the musical style/genre that inspires them although usually starting off with classical.
Drums/Percussion
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced drum/percussion lessons for children (ages 5 and up) and adults. Students are taught the proper techniques, rhythms, rudiments and general music theory... giving them a solid foundation in the art of drums/percussion. We expose students to a variety of music styles including jazz, rock, pop, blues and metal (to name a few) and then tailor to each individual's music style of preference.
Bass Guitar
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced bass guitar lessons for children (ages 5 and up) and adults. Students are taught fret technique, rhythm, music reading, tablature, ear training, music theory and practice techniques. Our teachers use various traditional and creative methods to ignite the students with a passion for learning.
